Liverpool are ready to bid £4m for Leicester City full-back Ben Chilwell, according to John Percy of the Telegraph.
The England Under-20 international left-back has joined Championship side Huddersfield Town on loan until January and is quickly becoming one of the most talked about young players in the country.
Arsenal have also been linked with a move for the 18-year-old, and have already had a bid for him rejected by Leicester.

David Wagner, who worked closely with Jurgen Klopp at Borussia Dortmund, is now in charge of Huddersfield and is said to have alerted his friend and former colleague to Chilwell, and the Reds have scouted him on numerous occasions.
Leicester are keen to keep hold of the youngster and expect him to return from loan in January ready to fight for a place in Claudio Ranieri’s first team.
According to Percy, Klopp was originally planning to wait until the summer before moving for the fullback, but with other clubs seemingly interested, that plan looks likely to change.
