Last week, we ran a poll on our site using our website’s new feature, Duel, where Liverpool fans voted for their favourite LFC away shirt of the modern era.
The Duel feature pitted two shirts up against each other. Fans chose the best of the pair, and that shirt moved onto the next duel, against another – and so on and so forth, in a ‘winner stays on’ type scenario.
Then, a leaderboard was created using the percentage of duels won by each shirt.
Some people don’t put much significance into Liverpool kits, however, when fans are forking out around £50 for a replica, they at least want it to look nice!
In all, there were 24 shirts to choose from – we used the first season of the Premier League as a starting point – and there were some clear favourites.
So according to the fan vote, here are the top five Liverpool away shirts of the Premier League era.
