Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is looking for a summer transfer away from Anfield, according to John Cross of the Mirror.
According to the report, the England forward is fed up with the criticism he is receiving about his injuries and is looking for a new start away from Merseyside.
The 26-year-old’s injury problems are no secret, and he has barely featured this season and there have been questions raised about his desire to play and if his unwillingness to take the field are due to mental issues rather than physical ones.

However, what is undeniable is that when fit, Sturridge is one of the best strikers in the Premier League and it’s unlikely that Liverpool would allow him to leave unless Klopp decides that the injuries are too frequent and that he is better off without the headache of having Sturridge.
That seems unlikely, and despite the fitness concerns, there would almost certainly be a host of clubs willing to take Sturridge if the Reds did decide to cut ties with him.
