No stranger to big game performances, Liverpool were up for their match against league-leading Arsenal. In an open and startling match, the Reds drew with the Gunners 3-3 at Anfield.
Liverpool started strong and made it count, jumping to the lead after 10 minutes, when Roberto Firmino scored his first goal at home. The lead would not last long, as Liverpool invited Arsenal back into the match four minutes later.
Firmino struck again to give the Reds the lead, only to be undone by another gift of a goal to the visitors. It was a four-goal frenzy that lasted 15 minutes. Eventually, Liverpool would leak another and it would take a goal at the death by Joe Allen to secure a point.
The back-and-forth affair was as frustrating as it was entertaining.
Here are four findings from the match.
