Liverpool have been dealt a blow in their hopes of signing Callum Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea this summer, with the Blues unwilling to sell the youngster.
Jurgen Klopp’s side were heavily linked with a move to sign the 18-year-old ahead of next season, with his future at Stamford Bridge coming under yet more scrutiny.
Hudson-Odoi has yet to start a Premier League match under Maurizio Sarri at Chelsea but made his full England debut on Monday night in the national team’s 5-1 win away at Montenegro.

Bayern Munich pursued a deal for the winger last summer, but Chelsea refused to sanction his departure.
It seems, this time around, a similar stance will be taken by the London Club. The Times report that Hudson-Odoi will not be allowed to leave the club despite the growing interest in his services.
The player is reported to be keen on pursuing a new challenge away from Chelsea, but the Blues are standing firm and do not want to lose the Liverpool target this summer.
