Liverpool have sent club officials to travel to Barcelona to negotiate a deal to sign winger Adama Traore, according to Gerard Romero.
The Reds are keen on adding a winger to their squad this summer, and want to bring in the young Spaniard firstly on a season-long loan, with a view to a permanent deal.

Traore was part of the Barcelona B side that were relegated from the Spanish Segunda division, and much of the squad want to leave Barcelona, at least on loan because they don’t want to be playing third-tier football, as the first-team squad is so competitive.
The 19-year-old was also reportedly being looked at by Stoke on a loan deal, as a Barcelona exit looms.
Fellow youngsters Alen Halilovic and Sergi Samper would also be on the way out of the Nou Camp this summer, as first-team opportunities hard becoming increasingly hard to come by in La Liga.
