Last season saw Liverpool youngster Sepp van den Berg join Preston North End on loan.
The move came during the January transfer window after the club paid £1.67m for Ben Davies from the club.
During his six months at Preston, Van Den Berg impressed and has caught the attention of other Championship clubs.
With that comes the decisions over his future at the club, with Preston also wanting his services on loan again.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the club are currently considering what the next move for the defender will be…
As cited by AnfieldWatch on Twitter, Van Den Berg has a big season ahead of him.
The interest in the Dutchman next season clearly shows the positive impression he made last season.
Having made 16 appearances for Preston, Van Den Berg played three different positions including midfield.
During that time, he managed 7 clean sheets – an impressive tally for such a short amount of time.
Preston were clearly happy with his contributions during that time with them already inquiring for next season.
The Championship club have hopes of taking him on loan again next season.
As Liverpool Echo state though, other clubs in the league are after his services too.
