Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has revealed that the team are using last season’s good performances as motivation to succeed this year, according to a report on Goal.
The Reds have made a blistering start to the new Premier League season and are currently unbeaten after 12 matches and are two points behind leaders Manchester City.

The Senegal international is confident that last season’s performances can spur them on this term, with Jurgen Klopp’s side looking to challenge for the title.
He said:
It was a great season sadly we finally didn’t win something but this season it’s motivation for us to repeat it and try to go for it and win it.
I scored in the Champions League final very happy but after, the result is more important.
Liverpool reached the Champions League final and also finished fourth in the table last year and Mane believes they can go all the way this time around.
Mane has scored six times in the top flight this season and will be hoping to add more as the Reds take on Watford this weekend.
