Real Madrid are preparing to rebuild their squad this summer, and there is growing speculation that Sadio Mane could be a part of their plans.
A report from Spanish outlet El Confidencial has revealed that Los Blancos have assembled two transfer lists – a ‘cheap’ one, and a ‘luxury’ one.
Whilst the cheap (!) one is expected to set the Champions League holders back €200 million, containing such names as Adrien Rabiot, Eden Hazard, and Luka Jovic, the luxury one could include Mane.
The Liverpool winger put pen to paper on a new long-term contract earlier this year, but rumours have persisted that he is being watched closely by Real Madrid.
Mane is currently enjoying the best season of his career, having broken his best goals tally whilst playing in England already.
The 27-year-old would fetch a good deal of cash from Madrid should Liverpool opt to sell the Senegalese superstar, but if you want my advice – don’t hold your breath…
