Liverpool remained active in the transfer market until the closing stages of the window, although they didn’t sign anyone for the current squad on deadline day.
The Reds, however, were linked with a host of players in January and will be active in the upcoming windows to bolster their ranks.
After Mohamed Salah’s departure, they don’t have a left-footed attacker in their squad.
And ahead of the transfer deadline, there was a strange rumour linking the Reds with a move for Chelsea’s Estevao Willian.
And now, Don Hutchison feels Liverpool need to make a move for the Brazilian international.
Liverpool told to sign Estevao Willian from Chelsea
He wrote on X: “Liverpool or anyone looking for the ideal right winger.
“(Could still be Chelsea) Estevao at Chelsea is the man. Far better than Neto in my opinion.
“This kid could be one of the best in the world with trust/confidence and playing every week. M Olise is proving that at Bayern.”
Estevao is a fantastic player and has already shown his class in the Premier League.
We can’t see a scenario where Chelsea would sell, but if he becomes available, the Reds need to make a move for him as he would be a great addition to the squad.
