Ramos continues to hit out at Klopp

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has criticised Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp’s poor record in finals as the two continue their war of words, the Telegraph reports.

Klopp recently hit out at Ramos for injuring Mohamed Salah and colliding with goalkeeper Loris Karius during his side’s 3-1 defeat to Real Madrid in last season’s Champions League final.

Salah suffered shoulder ligament damage whilst Karius suffered a concussion, both as a result of the hard challenges by the Spaniard.

Klopp had previous described Ramos as “ruthless and brutal”. but Ramos has continued to hit out at Klopp and has now mocked him for his poor record in cup finals.

It’s not the first final (Klopp) has lost, he should stick to his own business.

Some of us have been operating at a very high level for many years, I’m not sure he can say the same.

Klopp has failed to win six of the seven cup finals that he has participated in as a manager whilst Ramos has won four Champions Leagues, four La Liga titles, the 2010 World Cup and two European Championship titles with Spain.
