Liverpool have released three players as they prepare for next season’s plans, report the Liverpool Echo.
All three players are from the Under-23s squad and the changes are happening to give Neil Critchley’s side a new look over the off-season.
Paulo Alves, Toni Gomes and Michael Parker will all be leaving Melwood this summer, following a number of other youngsters in doing so.
Gomes leaves after a loan spell at Forest Green this season where he only made nine appearances. In his time at the Reds he appeared for Portuguese youth sides.
Alves, also Portuguese, leaves after making no first-team appearances this season.
19-year-old Parker struggled to make any impact even on the Under-23 side, playing just twice in the past year.

One of the replacements for the reserve sides is set to be Isaac Christie-Davies, who is currently at Chelsea.
He has been snubbed there, so will move to Liverpool on a free transfer to continue his development.
Christie-Davies has been part of Chelsea’s very successful youth sides, winning the FA Youth Cup in 2015 and 2016 as part of Chelsea’s five successive victories in the competition.
