Liverpool youngster Trent Alexander-Arnold is set to make his England debut in a friendly against Costa Rica, as confirmed by Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate.
The full back has had a fantastic season for the Reds and continued his rise to the top by making it into the England 23-man World Cup squad.
Jordan Henderson is likely to make also make an appearance for England on Thursday, as he has also returned to the squad after a post-Champions League final break.
England beat Nigeria on Saturday 2-1 with Southgate trying out his three at the back formation, which Alexander-Arnold could be a vital part of in the right wingback role.
Southgate could also be looking for stability in midfield and Henderson will be a prime contender for a place alongside Eric Dier.
Jack Butland, a potential target for Liverpool in the summer, has also been confirmed to be starting in goal.
