The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with the Reds in recent weeks and Jurgen Klopp is known to be an admirer.

Now a report from Tuttosport has claimed that Inter are eyeing up possible replacements for the Argentine.
The report claims that the Nerazzurri are ‘in talks’ with Sassuolo frontman Gianluca Scamacca as well as Borussa Monchengladbach star Marcus Thuram.
So far this season Martinez – once described as ‘spectacular’ by Lionel Messi – has scored 12 times and registered two assists in 35 appearances across all competitions.
