Jurgen Klopp refuses to rule out a loan move for Dominic Solanke

With roughly two weeks left for players to either move abroad or to the Championship on loan, Liverpool are expecting a fair few outgoings between now and the end of August and one of the players who could leave the Reds, albeit temporarily, is striker Dominic Solanke.

As reported by David Lynch of the Evening Standard, Jurgen Klopp failed to rule out the chance of the England international leaving on loan before the end of the month.

The 20-year-old made 27 appearances for the Reds last season, scoring one goal – which came against Brighton on the final day of the Premier League campaign.

Interest in Solanke will likely be high from teams in the Championship and in the Bundesliga, whilst a move to join Steven Gerrard’s Rangers would also make sense.

Klopp will need to decide if he feels like he has adequate cover for the striker before making a decision on his short-term future.
