Liverpool have discovered who they will face in this season’s Champions League group stages.
The Reds have been drawn into Group C, where they will face a number of star-studded contests. Liverpool will go head to head with reigning Ligue 1 champions PSG and will also face a tough duo of matches against Italian giants Napoli.
A fixture against Serbian underdogs Red Star Belgrade is also sure to provide Liverpool with a stern test, particularly away from home.

The Reds came agonisingly close to winning the illustrious European competition last season but were cruelly denied the honour, as Real Madrid won their third consecutive Champions League title with a 3-1 victory.
Nevertheless, Liverpool will be desperate to go all the way once again this season and lift the Champions League trophy after several years of hurt.
For now, Jurgen Klopp’s focus will be solely on continuing Liverpool’s strong start to the Premier League. However, the Champions League campaign is sure to promise some interesting encounters, with the draw now confirmed.
