Lazar Markovic’s Liverpool exit seems inevitable now, even if the destination remains undecided.
Neil Jones of Goal.com reports that Belgian outfit Anderlecht are going up against Greek side PAOK to secure the signature of the winger.
The 24-year-old joined Liverpool from Benfica in 2014, with the Reds coughing up £20 million for the then-prodigy.

Unable to make an impression on the first team, Markovic received loan chances at Fenerbahce, Sporting, Hull City, and Anderlecht.
Markovic headed to Anderlecht in January of 2018 and made five appearances for the Belgians, scoring one goal. The Serbian made a good enough account of himself in Brussels to encourage the club to snap him up on a permanent basis.
A forgettable Liverpool career has seen the wide-man make 34 appearances for the Reds, scoring three goals in all competitions.
With 22 caps for Serbia, Markovic also carries a certain amount of international pedigree.
