Liverpool have found themselves once again linked with another move for Belgium youngster Jeremy Doku.

This summer has already seen the club rumoured with a number of Europe’s elite this summer.

The likes of Renato Sanches, Youri Tielemans, Domenico Berardi, Nicolo Barella, and Adama Traore have all been linked.

During this summers Euro 2020 tournament, the Reds scouted a number of young stars.

One of which came in the form of Stade Rennais teenager Jeremy Doku who has been linked with the Reds for some time.

The club first looked at Doku during his time at Anderlecht, and since then their interest has remained.

Now, according to Belgium outlet Voetabal24, the Reds are considering putting in an offer for the 18-year-old…

As cited by LFC Transfer Room above, the French club is asking for £38million to sign Doku this summer.

The club spent the summer keeping a close eye on his impressive performances for the Belgium national team.

Doku impressed many, despite Belgium crashing out in the quarter-finals to the eventual winners, Italy.

It is no secret that the club needs to invest in the future of the squad, with a big rebuild expected in 2022.

The Belgium youngster could be a perfect player for the future and under Jurgen Klopp could be a worldbeater.

At £38million for a future prospect, Doku is the exact type of player that the club would invest in.

Under the guidance of Klopp, as well as learning from Sadio Mané and Mohamed Salah, Doku would be perfect.
