Liverpool announce anticipated release of clubs new Nike 2021/22 Third Kit for tomorrow

This season has already seen Nike produce two fantastic kits for Liverpool for their 2021/22 Premier League season.

The end of the last campaign saw the release of the club’s second installment with Nike and their home shirt.

Soon after came the highly anticipated away kit which has seen record sales for the club.

Both kits were huge hits with the fan base and the wider community, and there was hope that the release of the third kit would be the same.

This morning saw Liverpool’s official Twitter account announce that the new third kit will be revealed tomorrow…

From the promotional video that the club has posted, it looks as though recent leaks may be correct.

Website Footy Headlines has released images yesterday of the supposed design for the new third kit.

The images showed the yellow template, with the red and yellow chequered design on the colla rand sleeve cuffs.

As you can see from the video posted by the Reds, the two kits are exactly the same and confirm the leaks were correct.

It looks as though from the early reactions, that this kit may split decision amongst fans.

A yellow kit is always a risky and bold move but we have seen Liverpool with a yellow kit in previous seasons.

The last time the club had a yellow third kit was back during the 2014/15 season which was made by Warrior.

It is fair to say that the kit is certainly eye-catching, and hopefully looks better on than it does in the images.
