Liverpool are still keeping themselves fighting for the top four in the Premier League.
Despite struggling to find form and a long injury list, the Reds are still just six points off of the top four with four games to go.
Saturday saw Jurgen Klopp’s side run out 2-0 victors over Southampton with goals from Sadio Mané and Thiago.
The win outs them ever closer tot he top four, with Reds defender Andy Robertson even speaking about it after the game.
The Scotsman took to his post match interview duties with Sky Sports, saying that the ‘door isn’t closed’ just yet…
It is understandable for Robertson to feel that the Reds still have a shot at a top four spot.
Recent form has really picked up with four wins and two draws in their last six Premier League games.
If the Reds can keep this up there is no telling what could happen with West Ham and Leicesters form.
Klopp’s man face Manchester United next and if they win that game, it could throw the table into a complete new look.
After the game against the United, Liverpool face the run in with games against West Brom, Burnley, and Crystal Palace.
Wins in all of these games could quite possibly see the Reds qualify – so nothing is off of the table just yet.
