Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp sat with the media in his pre-match press conference ahead of the Champions League final against Tottenham this Saturday in Madrid.
The Reds were in the final last year as well, but had to swallow defeat that time. They are there again and must be aiming to take that final step and bring the European trophy back to Merseyside.
However, it won’t be easy as Spurs are deserved finalists this year. Mauricio Pochettino’s men have defied the odds in every round to get to this stage, which is remarkable, to say the least.
During his presser, Klopp provided an update on Roberto Firmino and Naby Keita’s fitness situations, spoke about how the game may pan out, how this team compares to others he managed in the past and much more.
He also explained about the team’s preparations during this three-week gap for the final.
