Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has hailed Naby Keita as “outstanding” ahead of his side’s Champions League fixture against Paris Saint-Germain.
The Reds have travelled to France as they prepare to partake in a huge group stage fixture against their Ligue 1 counterparts. In the pre-match press conference, Klopp was quizzed by reporters about his players.
Liverpool midfielder Keita came into question following his slow start to life at Anfield. The Reds manager defiantly defended his summer signing, however.
As quoted by James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo, Klopp hailed the Guinea international. He said:

Naby is an outstanding player. His start was brilliant. He will be a massive player in the future for Liverpool, he is already. I am really happy to have him.
The 23-year-old has made four starts in the league so far this season and has also made five appearances from the bench.
Keita has been struggling with an injury since midway through October when he picked up a back problem during his time away with Guinea on international duty.
Klopp will be now hoping to have the midfielder fully fit and available for the busy festive period.
