Leeds join Reading in pursuit of Ejaria

After interest in Ryan Kent and Harry Wilson, Leeds United are now reportedly considering a move for Ovie Ejaria, according to Chronicle journalist Courtney Friday.

The Whites have been heavily linked with moves for Reds wingers Kent and Wilson this summer, however, it appears as if boss Marcelo Bielsa may miss out on the pair.

And according to Friday, the Whites have now entered the race to sign Ejaria, with Reading also keen to re-sign the player over the summer.

The 21-year-old is expected to depart Anfield again ahead of the new season after a series of loan spells.

Steven Gerrard took Ejaria on loan for half of last season at Rangers, with the wide man then joining the Royals for six months for the remainder of the campaign.

Ejaria penned a long-term deal with the Reds last year, and it looks like he may have to make a decision in the coming weeks on his future for the 2019/20 season.
