Liverpool showing interest in Bayliss

Liverpool have reportedly joined a group of Premier League clubs keeping tabs on exciting Coventry City midfielder Tom Bayliss.

The 20-year-old has been linked with a big move for the past few transfer windows but he could now see his dream become a reality with Aston Villa, Everton, West Ham United and, of course, the Reds vying for his signature.

According to Birmingham Live, those Premier League outfits have joined Villa in keeping tabs on the youngster’s situation and it’ll take £3million for Coventry to let him leave.

Bayliss made his first-team debut in December 2017, scoring in the opening few minutes and then being ever-present in the club’s League Two successful promotion campaign.

He’s been crucial again this season, tallying more than 40 games in League One and being the subject of two rejected bids from Derby County back in the January transfer window.

He’s an exciting talent and it’s going to be interesting to see where he ends up.
