Liverpool and Chelsea are reportedly in a two-horse race to sign Borussia Dortmund’s Christian Pulisic.
According to reports from Mercato365, as cited on Calciomercato, both Premier League sides are keen to sign the American international.
Both teams have been long-term admirers of the player and have tried to sign him in the past if reports are to be believed.
Jurgen Klopp remains a huge fan from his time at Dortmund, while Chelsea have shortlisted him as a potential replacement for Eden Hazard, should the Belgian leave the club in the near future.
Pulisic, who has scored twice in six appearances this season, has been one of the standout performers in the Bundesliga in recent years, with Bayern Munich also among those to take note of his development.
The German champions could well reignite their interest in the future with both Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery reaching the latter stages of their careers.
