Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne was forced to sit out of Liverpool’s open training session at Fenway Park on Saturday evening after he took a blow to his leg during the game against Borussia Dortmund.
Clyne started the 3-2 defeat to Dortmund in Indiana and played for an hour before Jurgen Klopp made ten substitutions.
The Reds travelled to Boston, where they will play Sevilla on Sunday night and 24 hours or so before that game, they trained in front of the fans in the intense Boston heat.

However, Clyne was forced to miss the session after picking up the knock to his leg and as such, it seems unlikely that he’ll take any part in the game against Sevilla.
Liverpool have plenty of options to play at right-back, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ki Jana Hoever and Joe Gomez all fit and available for selection. It remains to be seen which of that trio starts the game at Fenway this evening.
