Liverpool fans are in awe of Milner after posting video of gym work

Some Liverpool supporters have been left in awe of James Milner, as he again shows off his relentless work ethic in the gym.

The 34-year-old has been a wonderful signing for the Reds – possibly the best free transfer in the club’s history.

Arriving from Manchester City in 2015, Milner has not only brought great experience with him, but also quality, consistency and versatility.

The midfielder has helped Liverpool win both the Champions League and Premier League, making 225 appearances along the way.

Milner is known for his incredible dedication as a footballer, never drinking alcohol and consistently proving to be the fittest player at the club, invariably winning the infamous lactate tests.

While many of Liverpool’s players are current away on international duty, Milner’s retirement from England service means he is back home preparing for the Reds’ clash with Leicester City next weekend.

The veteran has been growing accustomed for his new surroundings at the AXA Training Centre, following Liverpool’s move from Melwood this week.

On Friday, Milner shared a video of him doing gym work, highlighting his balance and flexibility:

These Liverpool supporters were hugely impressed by what they were seeing, also urging the Reds star not to pick up an injury:
