A number of Liverpool fans have shown their delight at the sight of Alisson back in training.
The 28-year-old has been a colossus for the Reds, ever since joining from Roma in the summer of 2018.
He has outlined his status as arguably the best goalkeeper in the world currently, helping Liverpool win both the Champions League and Premier League.
Injuries have been frustrating for the Brazilian at times, however, and he has been absent in recent weeks.
Caoimhin Kelleher has performed admirably without him around, but there is still no denying that Liverpool need one of their most important players back as soon as possible.
The hope is that Alisson will be available for Sunday’s trip to Fulham in the Premier League, with the Reds strong favourites to prevail at Craven Cottage.
On Friday, Liverpool’s No.1 was shown in training in a video posted by the club’s official Twitter account, suggesting he could start this weekend.
