A number of Liverpool fans failed to hide their frustration after the 1-1 draw with Fulham, responding angrily to Jordan Henderson’s social media post.
The Reds were miles short of their best in Sunday’s game at Craven Cottage, looking sloppy almost from the moment the game kicked off.
In the end, Jurgen Klopp’s champions were arguably lucky to get a point, with Mohamed Salah’s second half penalty avoiding the embarrassment of defeat against a lowly Premier League outfit.
It means Liverpool have still only won once away in the league this season – even that came against a Chelsea side who had Andreas Christensen sent-off before half-time, when the score was still 0-0.
After Sunday’s match, Henderson took to Twitter to reveal his thoughts on the game, admitting it wasn’t good enough from the Reds.
We weren’t up to our standards first 30 minutes and that cost us in the end. Good response from the lads and need to take that into Wednesday. pic.twitter.com/DrsK6g3iJh

While the skipper wasn’t the brunt of Liverpool supporters’ anger, these fans took the opportunity to the respond to his message with huge frustration regarding the performance.
Not been up to standards in most away games… Mentality and attitude stinks against these "smaller teams".. Remember every game is like a cup final for these. Your the world champions fgs. Sort it out Jord lad… We should be running away with this title again.

@JHenderson not good enough by anyone on the team. We now wear the PL winners badge, every opposing team puts in an extra effort against us, we have a target on our back, the players need to know that and come out hungrier than the opponents

I'll never understand how sometimes we start off in an arrogant manner.
If we played City at that tempo we would be 3 down after 30.
But we don't.
It's clearly a mindset against the less fancied sides that all sports teams suffer from, and the grail of continued success.— Norbert Lad. (@maximuslid) December 13, 2020

Hopefully we're at it from the start against Spurs because we'll need to be
