Mohamed Salah dominates the headlines once again as he edges closer to his exit from Liverpool at the end of the season.

1 – Mo Salah to play for Liverpool again
Mohamed Salah went off injured in the 3-1 win over Crystal Palace last week and has reportedly suffered a hamstring injury. The winger’s national team director claimed that the 33-year-old would be out for four weeks, which would have meant he would miss the remaining matches.

However, Liverpool have now announced that Salah is not out for the season and will be back on the pitch before he exits the club this summer. The fans will be delighted by the news coming out of the club, as they want him on the pitch one last time.
2 – Van Dijk comments on Alisson rumours
Juventus have been linked with a move for Alisson this summer, as the Serie A side look to bolster their squad. The 33-year-old is entering the final months of his contract, and the rumours have intensified this month.

Virgil van Dijk has now commented on the rumoured interest, saying he was not bothered about the news. He believes that there is nothing concrete about the interest or exit talks.
3 – Liveprool eye PSG star as Salah replacement
Salah’s exit decision has led Liverpool to make a major change to their summer transfer plans. The Reds are now looking for a right-winger and have been linked with a host of players ahead of the window.

Ibrahim Mbaye is reported to be the latest addition ot the shortlist of wingers on the club’s radar, and they are leading the chase for the PSG star. Manchester City, West Ham United, Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Brighton & Hove Albion are also interested in the teenager.
4 – Jermaine Pennant demands Michael Olise signing
While the club are still finalising the players to sign as Mohamed Salah’s replacement, Michael Olise’s name has popped up several times in the media. Jermaine Pennant took to X (formerly Twitter) to demand the signing this week, after the Bayern Munich star impressed against PSG.

The Frenchman scored in the 5-4 loss at the Parc des Princes and was among the players who stood out on the night. However, Bayern Munich have already said they will not consider offers for the winger, as they see him as a key part of the squad.
5 – Gary Neville delivers verdict on Arne Slot
Gary Neville has added pressure on Arne Slot, saying that the Liverpool manager needs to win against Manchester United this weekend to keep his job at the club. He believes that the clash at Old Trafford will be key for Michael Carrick too and said on Sky Sports:
“There are question marks over whether both are going to be at their clubs at the start of next season. Is Michael going to get the job? Is Arne Slot going to be kept on? Sort of those questions keep appearing on the Liverpool manager.”
