Liverpool are making a big effort to sign Motherwell youngster Sam Campbell, according to Football Insider.
The 16-year-old is a highly-rated prospect at the Scottish club and has also been linked with Leeds United and Brighton.
Campbell reportedly spent last week at Liverpool on trial, however, also discussing a potential transfer.
Motherwell are believed to have accepted offers from the three clubs mentioned, with Campbell rejecting a three-year contract at his current club.

Campbell is still clearly an emerging prospect with lots of learning to do, but it is refreshing to see Liverpool being linked with young British talent.
I think planning for the long-term is essential, both in terms of being prepared for life without Jurgen Klopp and the current players.
The Reds must build on their success and ensure it continues for many years, as was the case at Manchester United for two decades.
The exit of Ki-Jana Hoever to Wolves has also opened up a place for a fellow young defender at Liverpool – a spot that Campbell could potentially fill.
With Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip now 29, it won’t necessarily be too long before other options have to be looked at moving forward.
