As cited by The Anfield Buzz above, the Spanish news outlet claims the Reds are interested in Coman.
However, it seems a very unlikely move for the club given the price that would be required for the 25-year-old.
With a current market value of £58.5million, Coman would come at an astronomical price for the club this summer.
Not only this, but the source isn’t one of the more reliable that has reported on the club in the past.
We don’t feel this will be a player that the club will be targeting, with other positions needing further attention.
The Reds have already signed Ibrahima Konaté this summer, and another midfielder is desperately needed to replace Georginio Wijnaldum.
