Adrien Rabiot has been strongly linked with a move to Liverpool, either in January or next summer, and it seems like Paris Saint-Germain are lining up another reported Reds’ target as his replacement.
As per reports in Brazil, PSG are considering a move for Flamengo’s Lucas Paqueta, another player who is said to be on the Reds’ radar.
PSG would like to keep Rabiot and have offered him a contract extension but with his current deal set to expire at the end of the season, it looks like he is set to make a move elsewhere.
Reports last month suggested that Jurgen Klopp has already made contact with Rabiot’s agent, who happens to be his mother, and has discovered that the player would be interested in a move to Anfield.
However, numerous other clubs, such as Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester City are also interested in the 23-year-old, so it is no foregone conclusion that he’ll make a switch to Liverpool.
