Virals: Liverpool ‘interested’ in move for Real Madrid ace Marco Asensio

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio

The Reds have been linked with the Spaniard previously and could look to land the out of favour ace in the near future.

Asensio was reportedly left angry recently having remained an unused substitute as Los Blancos lost 2-1 at the hands of Valencia.

According to a report from Italian outlet Calciomercato, as cited by Leelafootballnews on Twitter, Jurgen Klopp could attempt to sign the 25-year-old.

The report claims that the Anfield club are set to rival Serie A giants AC Milan for the 26 times capped Spain ace’s signature.

This season the man hailed as ‘very dangerous’ by Carlo Ancelotti has scored three goals in six appearances – all coming in a hat-trick performance against Mallorca.

Signing the scourge of Liverpool in last season’s UEFA Champions League defeat would certainly bolster the attacking ranks on Merseyside.

Capable of playing across the frontline and with 97 direct goal contributions in 292 career outings, Asensio has the ability to be a boost to Klopp’s ranks.

Valued at £31.5million and under contract until 2023 at the Bernabeu (Transfermarkt), any move for the Spaniard would likely come at an affordable price.
