Liverpool are hoping to complete a deal to re-sign Suso from AC Milan this summer after failing in a move for the player in January.
Marca, as cited by Sky Sports claim that the Reds want to sign the player after seeing him develop in Italy.
Suso has been one of Milan’s key players since joining the club and the Italian side will demand that the player’s €40 million release clause is met for any deal to take place.
The Spaniard was heavily linked with an Anfield return in January when Philippe Coutinho left the club for Barcelona.
Milan held their own and refused to deal with a place in the top four of Serie A not out of the question for them at the time.
Suso is a versatile attacker who has been used mostly on the right wing during his time at the San Siro.
Jurgen Klopp will undoubtedly be looking to strengthen his squad over the summer to build upon the Reds’ success this season.
