Liverpool have reportedly opened talks with Roma over a deal to sign Alisson this summer.
Fabrizio Romano claims that discussions between the two clubs are underway amid reports the Reds have stepped up their interest in the player.
Reports in Italy this week have suggested a bid has been made for the Brazilian, who has been identified as Jurgen Klopp’s prime goalkeeping target.

Liverpool had reportedly offered €70 million to Roma to lure Alisson away from the club this summer.
The Reds have been looking to replace Loris Karius since the end of last season and have seen a host of names linked with a move to Anfield.
There is also thought to be interest from Chelsea and Real Madrid for Alisson, with both clubs in the market for new goalkeepers this summer.
Chelsea have earmarked the player as a potential replacement for Thibaut Courtois, who is keen to return to Spain and join Real Madrid.
