United hold talks with Liverpool-linked Dybala
Manchester United have reportedly held talks over a deal to sign Liverpool-linked Paulo Dybala from Juventus.
The Argentine forward has enjoyed yet another glistening campaign at the home of the Italian champions but a change of scenery could be on the cards for the star.
There is no doubting the potential of the 25-year-old as his close control dribbling and deadly finishing have helped him become one of the best in the Serie A. However, since the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, the attacker has fallen out of the spotlight.
Dybala’s agent spoke out about his player on an Argentinian radio show, as cited on the Mail Online, and revealed the player’s unhappiness at Juventus.
There is a good chance he’ll leave… he needs a change.
Of course he’s not happy there. Paulo’s not the only one, there are many players who feel uncomfortable at Juve. He won’t be the only one who will Juve this summer.
Manchester United and Liverpool have both reportedly been interested in the player but the former appear to be more than keen on the Argentine star.
According to reports relayed from Italy by Sport Witness, as cited on the Mail Online, Manchester United have been making contact with the player for over a month as Solskjaer looks set for a busy transfer window.
The battle for the player could be a long one between United and Liverpool, should the forward decide to leave Turin this summer.
