A number of Liverpool fans believe the Reds may have agreed a deal to sign Sven Botman, following a cryptic Instagram post by him on Friday.
Jurgen Klopp continues to suffer from a centre-back shortage at the moment, with Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip all sidelined.
Van Dijk and Gomez may not play again this season, with many of the opinion that a new defender needs to arrive in the January transfer window.
Botman has been one of a host of players linked with a move to Liverpool this month, having shone for current club Lille.
On Friday, the 20-year-old Dutchman posted on Instagram, hinting that something could have been agreed:
