Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has been forced to pull out of the England squad due to injury.
Alexander-Arnold reported for England duty earlier this week but has been sent back to Merseyside after an assessment from the medical staff at St. George’s Park.
The young right-back is struggling with a back injury and will miss both of England’s European Championship qualifiers – against Czech Republic and Croatia – over the next week.

According to The Mirror, Alexander-Arnold joined up with the England squad, knowing he had a knock, out of respect to Gareth Southgate.
He is said to have a strong relationship with Southgate, who rates Alexander-Arnold highly.
John Stones, Fabian Delph, Ruben Loftus-Loftus-Cheek and Luke Shaw have all also dropped out of the squad this week, with Alexander-Arnold the latest.
Liverpool will now be hoping he is fit to return after the international break as they look to beat Manchester City to the Premier League title.
