After a breakthrough year, Liverpool are set to reward Ben Woodburn with his second new contract in under a year, report the Liverpool Echo.
The 17-year-old was promoted to the first-team last November and he made his senior debut for the Reds in a 2-0 win over Sunderland.
Woodburn went on to make eight more appearances last season as the versatile attacker began to earn rave reviews which sparked a tug-of-war between Wales and England for his international services.
Chris Coleman handed the teenager his Wales debut in the last round of qualifiers and Woodburn came off the bench to score a vital winner against Austria and then notched an assist in a 2-0 win away at Moldova to put Wales in a strong position to secure at least a play-off spot for next summers World Cup.

Having signed an improved contract last November, Woodburn is set for his second new deal in under a year with Liverpool ready to offer him a long-term extension when he turns 18 later this month.
Yet to make a Premier League appearance this season, Woodburn has been receiving minutes in the Carabao Cup while also impressive in the UEFA Youth League as his stock continues to rise.
