Borussia Dortmund have made an offer in the region of €40m to land Borussia Monchengladbach winger Thorgan Hazard.
According to German outlet Kicker, via Calcio Mercato, Dortmund have made their move for Hazard as they look to steal a march on Liverpool.
The report claims that Jurgen Klopp’s side are also interested in a deal to sign the Belgian international at the end of the season.

Hazard has nine goals and nine assists in the Bundesliga for Monchengladbach this season and has impressed out on the wing, attracting interest from Dortmund and Liverpool.
The 26-year-old joined Monchengladbach from Chelsea, initially on loan, in 2014 and has made 176 appearances for the German side – scoring 45 goals.
He has also been capped 21 times by Belgium, amassing three goals for his country in that time.
Hazard never made a senior appearance for Chelsea in his three years at the club, after joining alongside his brother Eden.
