Four Liverpool games moved in December

As the Premier League announce their live fixture schedule, no fewer than four of Liverpool’s matches in the final month of the calendar year have been moved.

The greatly anticipated first Merseyside derby of the season is now set to take place on Sunday, December 10th at Anfield at 2:15PM as part of a double-header on Sky Sports that afternoon.

Liverpool will look to rectify last season’s horror collapse away at Bournemouth the following weekend, and the game at the Vitality Stadium will kick-off at 4:30PM, but these fixtures could well change depending on the Carabao Cup draw.

In what projects to be a huge game in the race for Champions League qualification, Liverpool’s trip to Arsenal, a game that was touted for Christmas Eve, has been moved forward to Friday, December 22nd and it will be a 7:45PM kick-off, also on Sky Sports. There are no games on Christmas Eve this season, which happens to fall on a Sunday.

Finally, Liverpool’s Boxing Day clash with Swansea has been pushed back to the 5:30PM slot and will also be broadcast live on Sky Sports. For those who will be stuck with the family over Christmas weekend, not to worry, the Reds will be on TV!
