Klopp questioned the performance of the officials after the match, claiming that a decision in the first-half affected their decision making in the second-half.
Liverpool took the lead through Sadio Mane, but James Milner should have been flagged for being offside in the build-up, which Klopp believes affected decisions later in the match.
Michail Antonio equalised for West Ham on the night at the London Stadium, with Liverpool forced to settle for a draw.
