The 21-year-old forward broke into the first-team set-up in 2016 and has scored 30 goals in 86 appearances for the club to date.

He has also been capped twice by Russia at international level, making his debut for his country against Belgium earlier this year.

Liverpool are yet to make a first-team signing this summer, but could now make a move for Chalov.
