On Sunday, England manager Gareth Southgate confirmed that Henderson was taken off at half-time against Belgium because of a muscle tightness and he is now doubt for Wednesday’s clash with Iceland.
The hope is that the decision to substitute the 30-year-old was more precautionary than anything, but Klopp will be sweating with the crucial meeting with table-topping Leicester on Sunday looming.
