Liverpool fans like Salah’s angry response to substitution at Brighton

A number of Liverpool supporters have been reacting positively to Mohamed Salah’s antics away to Brighton, following his angry response to being substituted.

The Reds could only draw 1-1 at the Amex Stadium on Saturday afternoon, but they did go top of the Premier League in the process.

Jurgen Klopp’s side failed to get going in the first half, putting together a shoddy performance.

Salah’s disallowed goal saw the only real piece of quality arrive, with the Egyptian finishing well from Roberto Firmino’s superb pass.

After the break, Liverpool went ahead thanks to Diogo Jota’s brilliant goal, but the visitors couldn’t hold on.

Pascal Gross equalised from the penalty spot in stoppage time, by which time Salah had been substituted.

The 28-year-old was deeply unhappy to be removed from the action, but Liverpool fans were generally pleased to see him so angry, claiming it sums up his mentality.

Here are the best reactions on Twitter.
