Liverpool’s offer is claimed by Sky Sports’ Bryan Swanson to be worth a huge sum of around €70m. This would smash their current transfer record by almost double.

Monaco are adamant that Lemar won’t be sold, as they aim to retain the key players that they have left after offloading several first-team assets this summer.
Liverpool clearly want to add more attacking talent to the ranks, and Lemar appears to be a primary target.
