Liverpool transfer target Julian Brandt is closing in on a move to Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.
According to Bild, via Calcio Mercato, Brandt is close to sealing his transfer to Dortmund from Bayer Leverkusen.
The report claims that Atletico Madrid, PSG and Juventus have all shown an interest, alongside Liverpool, in the midfielder ahead of the summer transfer window.
Brandt started his career as a winger, but has developed into a central midfielder this season for Leverkusen and been a star in the league with his performances – recently winning a Bundesliga Player of the Month award.
Bild claim that he has already held discussions with Dortmund and that he has a release clause at Leverkusen which is valued at roughly €25m.
The 23-year-old has scored five times in 30 appearances for Leverkusen in the Bundesliga this season, along with a further three strikes in the Europa League and German Cup.
