The Reds are already in the midst of an injury crisis as the knocks begin to pile up, especially in the defensive areas. Jurgen Klopp will be hopeful that Moreno’s injury is merely a minor one.

However, the knock the Spaniard has sustained is evidently enough to rule him out of the Merseyside Derby, which has led to the inclusion of Rafa Camacho, a player from the club’s youth academy.
Liverpool have named four teenagers on their bench for the clash at Goodison Park: Trent Alexander-Arnold, Curtis Jones, Conor Masterson and now Camacho.
The extent of Moreno’s injury is not yet known but Klopp will hope to have him available for the run-in towards the end of the season.
