Napoli are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.
According to reliable Italian news outlet Di Marzio today, the Italian outfit have enquired about a move for the Belgian international, who was excluded from Liverpool’s squad today as they defeated Arsenal.
Jurgen Klopp insisted that he had given Mignolet a ‘rest’, but the consensus is that, truth be told, he was dropped.

Mignolet was extremely reliable for the Reds last season and has been called up for Belgium ahead of the international break, which begins next week.
However, it appears as though the former Sunderland man is subject to interest ahead of the final week of the summer transfer window, with Napoli exploring the possibility of a move.
Maurizio Sarri could be set to lose starting goalkeeper and former Liverpool man Pepe Reina, with PSG lurking. This means that he’ll be on the lookout for a new shot stopper, should the Spaniard depart for Paris.
